Facility Rentals
Policies
- All fees must be paid two weeks in advance (cash or cheque only)
- The Museum requires 7 days advanced notice of cancellation or 50% of the total cost will be retained
- All events must have one adult supervisor for every five children
- Any food allergies must be clearly identified prior to the party
- All food and drinks must be kept within the room
- Any significant damage to the room or equipment will be charged to the person who rented the space
- The Museum reserves the right to deny admission or exempt from the premises any individual(s) whose behaviours negatively impact the Museum, it’s guests, volunteers or staff
- The Museum is not liable for any losses or injuries incurred during the rental
